Nicholas Mastrangelo, Director of REO Services:

A licensed real estate agent since 1986 Nick Mastrangelo jump started his career with nine consecutive years as the top producing agent with the former Beazley Company, Connecticut's largest privately owned real estate company with 25 offices throughout the state. After two years as a salesperson, working from the Beazley Company's satellite office in West Haven, CT, Nick was appointed Director of REO Services division and the management team became affiliated partners with the owners of the former Beazley Company, forming the Regional Center and moving to our current Orange location. Within a span of ten years, Nick became a partner with Regional Center and his reputation within the REO industry grew. Holding the position as NRBA Master Broker in the State of CT since 1990, Nick oversees the REO team members involved with corporate accounts, from the client's initial assignment through MLS and Internet listing and marketing - including any repairs to maximize price and shorten the marketing and sales cycle. Additionally he oversees the accounting for REO properties from utilities to contractor repairs. Under Nick's management, the REO Services Division enjoys a national reputation of professionalism and efficiency for its ability to manage high volume and provide the highest level of customer service.Nick is a graduate of AIB Institute, and a licensed appraiser and a Certified REO Specialist, completed RES.NET Agent Certification as well as Weichert Real Estate Affiliates' Management Academy.

Toni Ross, REO Manager

Toni Ross, REO Senior Manager, is a long time member of Weichert Realtors' Regional Properties' REO division. As a licensed Realtor® since 1988, Toni specializes in the marketing of REO properties for a large portfolio of financial institutions and asset management firms with extensive experience in Loan Loss Mitigation. As the REO department manager, Ross oversees the day to day operation and supervision of the administrative staff and team of Account Specialists. Toni also oversees all corporate negotiations a, ongoing department training, compliances and technology innovation. She also keeps up-to-date with all leading lending institutions courses and all REO industry related required training, Toni is also an active participatant in the large network of highly trained REO professionals.

Consistently recognized as being in the top 1% of the company's sales force, Toni is also consistently in the top 1% of all New England Weichert agents. Toni's dedication and knowledge of the REO industry throughout the years provides her with a competitive edge to ensure customer satisfaction and cooperative working relationships with her colleagues both in the office and in the field.

Jeannine Mollica, REO Administrative Assistant

Jeannine is responsible for coordinating all evictions and assisting occupants relocate to their next residence; manages all Cash for Keys negotiations and month-to-month leases for applicable properties. Jeannine works closely with families or individuals whose residences are being taken into REO status to maintain a smooth transition for all parties involved. Jeannine has worked in several real estate administrative capacities for the past 20 years. Jeannine is also the administrative assistant to Toni Ross

Miriam Papadopoulos, REO Administrative Assistant

Miriam's function with the department is multi-faceted. She coordinates all utility accounts for each REO property. She also inputs all BPOs, obtains all HOA information, interacts with servicing lenders to resolve client back fee issues, as well as the administrative assistant to Nick Mastrangelo.

Rhoni Lozier, Accounts Payable

Rhoni Lozier is employed in the REO Accounts Payable department. Her duties inlcue receipt and submission of all REO related expenses and bills to assure proper vendor payment and reimbursements. All client submissions are done in accordance with specific client requirements and procedures.
